Compiled by Sherri Giles; edited by P.J.C. ELECTRICAL UPGRADE PROJECT LADBS has required yet another change for Buildings 14, 16, and 86. Electrical contractor Triple C is negotiating a solution. RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PAINTING/INSULATION After a November rain delay, buildings 25, 28, 38, 46, and 47 are now complete. Repair of Building 61 began on December 10. GARAGE RESTORATION All carpentry repairs and painting in Court 2 and 9 are complete, except for some eaves; delays are due to water damage and repair. Work on Court 12 should be complete. SEMI-ANNUAL ROOF CLEANING This project was completed on December 22. ANNUAL GARAGE INSPECTIONS Management has completed the first round of garage inspections and will issue notices for units out of compliance, and schedule re-inspections as needed. GARAGE COURT LIGHTING UPGRADES Still waiting for delivery of replacement fixtures. SECOND-FLOOR UNIT LANDING REPLACEMENTS Management has contacted several architects recommended by Architectural Resources Group to create drawings for twenty-one entryway landings that need repair or replacement.
