HOA Assessment Payments
VGOA uses the financial management firm Ross Morgan and Company Inc. to process HOA assessment and fine payments.
You can set up an online account to view your account and make payments via their website, using the account information found on your monthly mailed statement. Note that there is a fee for using this service. |

Escort and Patrol
Public Security Inc. provides escort and patrol services to Village Green residents. Mr. Willie Simmons is the on-site supervisor. Officers patrol by car and bicycle and are available 24 hours a day.
An escort/patrol guard will accompany residents from their garage/parking spot to the entrance of their unit and from the clubhouse to the entrance of their unit. Escort service is not available for trips between courts. Residents may also obtain an escort by parking directly east of the administrative office, where a call box is available to page escort and patrol by entering 8140*. |
- Call onsite security officers at (213) 703-0540 for escorts and basic calls for service.
- Public Security Inc. dispatch is (323) 293-9884 for contacting office staff or if unable to reach onsite staff.
- Officers report all incidents to management, including those that lead to rule enforcement such as parking rule violations.
- For emergencies, please call 911.
