maintenance Work Orders

Report a maintenance issue by submitting a work order. Most work orders are completed on the day they are submitted. ​
  • Paper work order forms are found at the office and in each court laundry room. Return a completed work order form to the laundry room for daily collection or to the VGOA office in person or via the mail slot. 
  • Online work orders were rolled out in 2018-2019. If you are an owner and do not have account login information, please contact the office. You may need to submit an up-to-date information sheet.
  • Minor repair services on items that are not part of the common area and/or the association property are available, at the owner's expense, when the maintenance staffing permits. Work orders are submitted in the usual manner. Owners will be charged per hour, with a one hour minimum, Monday through Saturday.

HOA Assessment Payments

VGOA uses the financial management firm Ross Morgan and Company Inc. to process HOA assessment and fine payments.

Escort and Patrol

On Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 8:00 a.m., Treston Security Services will take over as our Patrol & Escort provider. Call 1 (800) 325-9061 to reach their 24-hour dispatch system.
Until 1/11/25 at 8am, Green Knight Security (GKS) will provide escort and patrol services to Village Green residents. Officers patrol by car, cart and bicycle and are available 24 hours a day.  Call 213-949-0572 for GKS dispatch.

​An escort/patrol guard will accompany residents from their garage/parking spot to the entrance of their unit and from the clubhouse to the entrance of their unit. Escort service is not available for trips between courts. 
  • GKS dispatch is 213-949-0572. Dispatch will relay all calls to on-site security staff.  This includes escorts and basic calls for service.
  • Officers report all incidents to management, including those that lead to rule enforcement such as parking rule violations.
  • For emergencies, please call 911.
