Secretary: Reba Glover Board Liaison: Laura Civiello Meetings: 2nd Monday of the month, 7 pm via Zoom Email: [email protected] ROLE
The Tree & Landscape Committee (TLC) seeks to increase the community’s knowledge and appreciation of the plant life on the grounds. It organizes community events related to the landscape and trees, such as walkarounds, talks, “patio peeks”, and fundraisers. It advises residents concerning plantings in Exclusive Use Common Areas or other resident-initiated plantings that are allowable by the rules of the HOA. It also communicates with the Board and management regarding grounds-related community input. |
Residents can make requests regarding landscaping needs through Management's work order system.

VG MASTER PLANTING GUIDELINES
|
The Village Green Board, Tree and Landscape Committee, and Management are working with landscape design company RIOS to develop comprehensive irrigation and planting guidelines for the 67-acre VG campus. Until these guidelines are finalized and approved by the board of directors, the tree and landscape committee will only be approving select landscape modification requests from residents, such as requests involving safety concerns. We anticipate master planting guidelines will be finalized in 2023.
However, if there is a bare area around your unit or you wish to plant a tree in your patio, please contact the Village Green Office staff or submit a Maintenance Work Order request BY CLICKING HERE. |
This video details the need and desired outcomes for the years-long project as presented by RIOS.
