Due to COVID-19, more commonly known as the novel coronavirus, the LA County Department of Public Health has advised all businesses to practice social distancing and limiting direct person-to-person contact as much as possible while still being able to conduct business.
Following Mayor Garcetti’s directives and out of an abundance of caution, in order to do our part to minimize the spread of COVID-19, until further notice, we are kindly asking that any services that are not essential to be performed in person to instead be handled via e-mail, telephone or office drop-box.
Some examples of essential in-person office services include:
- Unit Key Pickups (From Work Orders, the Patio Gate Project, etc.)
- The Scheduled Viewing of Association Records
- Access to the Lost & Found for Essential Items (Keys, Wallets and Purses, IDs, etc.)
For work orders, we ask that residents use the eMaint system for online work order submissions. If you do not have access to eMaint, please call the office so we can set up your account ASAP. If you cannot access eMaint at all, paper work orders can be found in each laundry room and may be dropped off in the front office drop-box once completely filled out. Our team will review them throughout the day to ensure timely completion of service.
The office is always available to assist or answer questions if you have questions or require clarity about this temporary policy. Please do not hesitate to call the office at (323) 294-5211.
Thank you for being patient with us while we work with health services such as the LA County Department of Public Health to stay informed on the progress of the COVID-19 situation in Los Angeles. We hope everyone is able to stay safe, secure and healthy in these difficult times.
Sincerely,
VGOA Management
