We need your voice! Join us as we seek to understand air quality and its impact on your community.
Baldwin Hills is the second community to host air monitoring as part of the Study of Neighborhood Air near Petroleum Sources (SNAPS) being conducted by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
Public input is critical to the success of this study, and we want to hear from you! Be a part of this opportunity to collaborate with CARB staff as we study air quality in Baldwin Hills.
CARB will host two meetings in communities near the Inglewood Oil Field:
MONDAY, JULY 8, 2019, 7:00-8:30 pm
Culver City Senior Center, Room B47
4095 Overland Ave, Culver City, CA 90232
TUESDAY, JULY 9, 2019, 7:00-8:30 pm
Knox Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall
5840 La Tijera Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90056
We will discuss potential locations for siting air monitors and ways for community members to get involved in the study. For more information call Carolyn Lozo at (916) 445-1104 or visit ww2.arb.ca.gov/our-work/programs/study-neighborhood-air-near-petroleum-sources/about
