RESIDENT COMPLAINT, March 22, near Court 8 laundry room, 6:43 pm.
A resident who had received a parking ticket for parking in a red “no parking” zone called Security, demanding an apology and insisting the officer was culturally insensitive.
TRESPASSING/LOITERING, March 27, Sycamore Ave. outside the fence, 12:45 am.
Security ordered a man drinking alcohol to leave the property, which he did.
TRESPASSING/DISTURBANCE, March 29, Court 1 driveway, 12:22 pm.
Responding to a resident’s report of a group of teens fighting, Security escorted them out and continued surveilling them until they crossed Obama Blvd.
POSSIBLE FRAUD, April 17, Court 4 driveway, 6:58 pm.
Security provided extra patrols for the next few days after a resident said she had given her address to someone who told her she had won a free car in a contest.

A resident reported a man charging his phone at a VG outlet and Security escorted him from the property.
