Edited by Jordan Deglise Moore

Public Security officers report all incidents to management, including those that lead to rule enforcement such as noise or parking violations. For more information, please go to the Management Overview page.
CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFT: March 4, Court 17, 2 pm.
A resident reported the theft after starting the car, which she had last driven on March 1.

VANDALISM / BREAK-IN: March 6, Court 2, 5-8 pm.
A resident reported that the lock was cut off her garage and items were stolen.

VERBAL THREATS / DOMESTIC DISPUTE: March 14, Court 4, 2:23 am.
A resident reported that her son and his friend had threatened to harm her. Officers advised her to seek a restraining order if the behavior continued.

VERBAL HARASSMENT: March 15, Court 13, 7:18 pm.
Officers responded to a call about a loud argument in the parking area between a resident who had grabbed a hand truck “to defend himself” and an unknown man who had followed him home, accusing him of leaving the scene of a car accident.   Officers did not see damage on either vehicle, and the unknown man soon left the property without further incident.

STOLEN LICENSE PLATES: March 18, Court 12, 5:35 pm.
Two residents reported their car plates had been seen in the courtyard the previous day.

NOISE DISTURBANCE: March 18, Garden Court 8-9, 3:38 pm.
Officers responded to a complaint about a party with about 30 attendees but deemed the noise level acceptable.
