CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEFT: March 4, Court 17, 2 pm.
A resident reported the theft after starting the car, which she had last driven on March 1.
VANDALISM / BREAK-IN: March 6, Court 2, 5-8 pm.
A resident reported that the lock was cut off her garage and items were stolen.
VERBAL THREATS / DOMESTIC DISPUTE: March 14, Court 4, 2:23 am.
A resident reported that her son and his friend had threatened to harm her. Officers advised her to seek a restraining order if the behavior continued.
VERBAL HARASSMENT: March 15, Court 13, 7:18 pm.
Officers responded to a call about a loud argument in the parking area between a resident who had grabbed a hand truck “to defend himself” and an unknown man who had followed him home, accusing him of leaving the scene of a car accident. Officers did not see damage on either vehicle, and the unknown man soon left the property without further incident.
STOLEN LICENSE PLATES: March 18, Court 12, 5:35 pm.
Two residents reported their car plates had been seen in the courtyard the previous day.
NOISE DISTURBANCE: March 18, Garden Court 8-9, 3:38 pm.
Officers responded to a complaint about a party with about 30 attendees but deemed the noise level acceptable.
