NOISE DISTURBANCE, Court 2, February 28, 4:50pm.
Multiple residents reported a dog barking throughout the day. Officer noted a dog through a downstairs window of a residence, but no one was home at the time.
VEHICLE BREAK-IN, Garage Ct 2, February 29, 1:50pm.
A contractor reported that someone had broken into his Toyota truck and had stolen his phone.
ODOR OF MARIJUANA, Court 16, February 29, 8:21pm.
A resident reported the odor of marijuana in her unit and suspected her upstairs neighbor. Officers could not detect the smell.
CLOTHES MISSING, LAUNDRY ROOM, Court 6, March 6, 7:00pm.
A resident reported that her clothes had been taken from a washing machine in the Court 6 laundry room.
TRESPASSER, East Circle, March 7, 8:06am.
An officer observed a person looking inside a Mercedes Benz parked on the property. When queried, the person ignored the officer. The person proceeded to Court 16 and was observed looking into an apartment window. When asked to leave, the person became verbally abusive before leaving the property.
INTRUDER, INDECENT EXPOSURE, Court 17, March 11, 9:15pm.
A resident reported finding a young male in her bedroom who exposed himself. She called 911 and the intruder left. It’s believed that the same person entered another resident’s open garage while she was listening to a program in her car and attempted to open the car door. The resident was able to drive away; the intruder left the premises. LAPD were summoned to report the incident. According to reports, the intruder has a face tattoo of a marijuana leaf.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY, Court 8, March 12, 10:30am.
A tenant returning home found her gate and window open; bars on both windows and door prevented entry.
RESIDENT IN DISTRESS, Court 2, March 20, 1:30pm.
Security received a call that a resident had fallen inside his unit. Both front door and patio gate were locked. Paramedics were summoned, hopped the patio fence, and delivered him to the ER.
