Forty-seven people attended a long and action-packed Board meeting on January 28, 2025, including all Directors, Management, and representatives from the new security vendor, Treston Security Services, who provided a brief introduction at the start of the meeting.

Other topics discussed include: the 2025 HOA Budget, potential Fractional CFO, roof inspections, water intrusions, replanting plans after building painting, planning for emergencies, and tree priorities.

Thirty-five people attended the June Board Meeting held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, including eight board members and the management team.

Topics discussed include the hiring of a horticulture and landscape manager and a new annual holiday schedule for VG employees.

In early May, a Chinese elm was uprooted in Court 10 with limbs falling onto a resident’s exterior wall. Photo 1 below is a picture of the uproot damage. Photo 2 shows several limbs with cables attached to a neighboring tree to prevent any further damage to the building until the tree can be tactically removed. In Photo 3, all but one of the cables have been removed.

The Board of Directors and Management updates at the March 28th Board meeting were extensive. Topics included the master planting guidelines from RIOS, major building maintenance, the electrical upgrade project, garage inspections, serpentine wall repairs, and laundry machine maintenance.
