There were two Board meetings in October, one on the 15th and the second on the 28th. The preliminary meeting allowed the Board to approve a lower premium for the property’s insurance package and to hear a report and request from Landscape Manager George Hilder for additional funds for landscaping. 

Topics discussed include the 2026 VGOA budget and landscaping human resources, serpentine walls, Clubhouse improvements based on the Ad Hoc Committee's survey,
