Forty-five people attended the Board Meeting held February 27, including five Directors, Management representatives, and invited guests.

​The meeting was preceded by two presentations: Village Green resident and liaison for the California Resources Board’s SNAPs program Jesse Christensen shared information on CARB’s air pollution monitoring device that will be located at the Village Green clubhouse; and Dan Peters of the All Valley Washer Service, Inc. introduced his company to the community.

Manager Sherri Giles’ updated the Board of Directors on topics including: laundry machine maintenance, the electrical upgrade project, AT&T land-line service, garage inspections, residential building maintenance, and updates on our grounds.

Manager Sherri Giles’ reported on multiple important topics, including:
pest mitigation for organic waste bins in garbage areas, arborist and landscaping ​updates, garage inspections, garage restoration and painting, building insulation and painting, new irrigation pump, and Sycamore Ave. fence rejuvenation.
