Please join us for a deep dive into the history and legacy of Sugar Hill, an historic West Adams neighborhood that was a nucleus for African American culture in mid-century Los Angeles.

This double header event will be of special interest to those who love history, architecture, urban planning or believe in community spirit.

Time to Put Your Things Away!

​A reminder from the Board that the summer grace period on personal items left out in common areas, including lawns and garden courts, will end come Labor Day. That includes furniture, toys, playsets, tools, etc. Owners of items left out overnight will be subject to notices and fines.
