Baldwin Vista Green Streets Project
Lorena Matos of the L.A. Department of Sanitation presented plans for a rainwater catchment project being developed for the Baldwin Hills. It will involve planting new trees and installing drainage catchment areas called bioswales along the south side of Coliseum between Nicolet and Hauser. If the project is funded, work will begin in 2024.

Art Show Benefit for Cultural Affairs The Cultural Affairs Committee proposed using the Clubhouse for a show and sale of the artwork of the late resident artist, Harold Pelster. The Board unanimously approved the use of the Clubhouse for the event and voted 8 to 1 to use all proceeds for the purchase of a new event stage. |

The Board approved the purchase of two large-scale, custom whiteboards, featuring a graphic map of the buildings and grounds, to assist with project management and maintenance assignments, at a cost of approximately $1500.
