CC&Rs
The Association's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Grant of Easements describe among other things, the duties and powers of the board, the privileges and responsibilities of the owners, and procedures for imposing assessments against the owners to finance the operation and maintenance of the common areas. The CC&Rs also impose restrictions on the use of the common areas, among other things, and provide a mechanism for recording liens against an owner's unit when assessments are not paid.
