Per ComCom member feedback, I updated text on the homepage announcing HIGHLIGHTS content and added a graphic of the newsletter banner to the top of the righthand column.  On mobile, this will make the HIGHLIGHTS section easier to find b/c it will stand out as you scroll down.

I also added the BOD Meeting Agenda for next Tuesday's meeting to the homepage.

I moved the RIOS Master Planting Town Hall video from the homepage to the Tree & Landscape committee page and cleaned up that page.

I noticed the Board of Directors page has a link to an archive of Meeting Minutes which hasn't been updated since August 2021.
