- Gatherings of less than 50 people in common area space such as court areas or greens do not require notice or permit.
- Gatherings of 50 or more people require permission and must take place on the lawn in front of the Clubhouse and/or in the clubhouse. Contact the office for availability and fees. The necessary forms are available to print below or at the office.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors during gatherings. A recreational event may start no earlier than 9am and must be finished no later than 10pm.
The clubhouse

The board, recognized Village Green activities, committees, owners, and tenants can all use the Clubhouse. The clubhouse may be used for committee and board meetings and committee-organized exhibits, activities, screenings and concerts. Private parties or events for residents such as parties, weddings, memorial services etc. are allowed for a rental fee. Government sanctioned voting and communities meetings, with scheduling done by the Village Green office, are also permitted.
Religious services (except weddings), partisan political events, fundraising for any private purpose, and private meetings with the intention of promoting private or personal business are all prohibited. No fees may be charged by residents for classes and instruction at the clubhouse by individuals. Classes conducted by the City Recreation Department or similar non-profit agencies may require a fee.
How to make a reservation
Complete a clubhouse reservation form, Follow the clubhouse rules and include an indemnity form and deposit. An owner must sign the form in addition to a tenant. Reservations for private use may be made no more than 30 days in advance, except for events such as weddings that require longer planning periods. A deposit must accompany applications for private use. A portion of the deposit is non-refundable, as a use fee. Owners and users are responsible for the clean up.
