Changing your Unit

As a condominium association and National Historic Landmark, the Village Green is necessarily governed by rules and policies. If you are considering making an alteration to your unit, please be advised that, with certain exceptions, proposed alterations must first be approved by the Board of Directors.

For work requiring approval, first submit a completed Alteration Application to the Association's Design Review Committee for review. The committee meets monthly and makes recommendations to the Board. Contact the Village Green office for an application.

Please save yourself time and money. BEFORE altering your unit, review the Village Green Handbook, and follow the rules.

The May 2016 Monthly Highlights includes a helpful DRC article.
