ELECTRICAL OUTAGE, Ct. 10, Sept 17, 5:57 p.m.
A resident requested help when her garage door wouldn’t open. Breakers were reset and power restored.

DISTURBANCE, Ct. 5, Sept 18, 10:57 p.m.
Resident reported threatening statements toward her daughter. Officers searched the area; no one was found.

WELFARE CHECK, Ct. 6, Sept 18, 7:45 p.m.
Officers checked on an elderly resident who had missed an event. Neighbor confirmed she was safe.

DISTURBANCE, Ct. 15, Sept 27, 10:55 a.m.
Resident sent video of a neighbor allowing a dog to defecate in front of her unit.

DISTURBANCE, Garage Ct. 14, Sept 28, 11:01 a.m.
Officer observed a transient inhaling nitrous oxide. When confronted, the individual became verbally abusive, then left the property.

TRESPASSING, West Circle, Oct 1, 6:41 p.m.
Report of children setting off a stink bomb.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY, Ct. 10, Oct 1, 8:26 p.m.
Officer assisted paramedics in locating a resident in distress; transport was declined.

DISTURBANCE, Sycamore, Oct 3, 9:45 p.m.
Caller reported a man yelling along Sycamore. He had departed before contact.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON, Ct. 5, Oct 7, 11:11 p.m.
Resident reported someone standing near her porch; no one found.

NOISE, Ct. 16, Oct 8, 10:48 p.m.
Resident reported furniture-moving sounds from an upstairs unit.

WELLNESS CHECK, Ct. 5, Oct 8, 4:56 p.m.
Officers discovered a deceased resident and pet. LAPD and Management responded; the unit was secured.

FIGHTING, Ct. 12, Oct 10, 7:47 a.m.
Resident reported a couple arguing in the parking lot. Officers found them in dispute. Police called; man left, woman detained.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, Ct. 5, Oct 10, 11:22 p.m.
Resident twice reported noises and voices outside making threats.

HARASSMENT, Ct. 9, Oct 11, 6:30 p.m.
Resident reported juveniles kicking a door and running. Ring footage reviewed; officers spoke with juveniles and guardians.

GARAGE ELECTRICITY OUTAGE, Ct. 1, Oct 16, 8:00 a.m.
Resident reported a garage offline; breaker reset requested.

​POWER OUTAGE, Ct. 1, Oct 16, 11:16 a.m.
Resident reported another power outage in Court 1.

TRESPASSING, Perimeter, Oct 17, 12:25 p.m.
Transient unpacking belongings on Obama Blvd. left after being told it was private property.

CAR ALARM, West Circle, Oct 17, 11:45 p.m.
Resident reported an ongoing car alarm. Owner located; repair planned.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY, Ct. 16, Oct 18, 12:08 a.m.
Resident experienced respiratory distress; transported by family to facility.

TRESPASSING/NOISE, Ct. 7, Oct 18, 1:47 p.m.
Officer observed trespasser in black BMW inhaling nitrous oxide and playing loud music. Subject refused to leave, then departed after police notified.

BEEPING ALARM, East Circle, Oct 18, 7:13 p.m.
Resident reported persistent beeping from nearby unit.

SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE, Ct. 11, Oct 19, 7:13 p.m.
Resident reported a tampered package outside his unit.

MAIL TAMPERING, Ct. 11, Oct 19, 5:26 p.m.
Resident found torn mail and opened packages between Courts 10 and 11. Items collected and returned; no suspects identified.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, Ct. 5, Oct 19, 11:09 p.m.
Resident reported several people loitering near the unit; subjects gone on arrival.
