TRESTON SECURITY REPORT: July 22 - August 13, 2025

DISTURBANCE, TRESPASSING Main Green, July 24, 5:57 p.m
Resident reported two transients collecting recyclables. They were escorted off property.

VERBAL DISPUTE Ct. 9, July 22, 2:32 p.m
Resident reported that former tenant was verbally abusive over eviction. The former tenant was directed to leave, and complied. 

THEFT, Ct. 16, July 25, 12:30 p.m.
Resident reported that a portrait hanging outdoors had been stolen overnight.

NOISE DISTURBANCE, Ct. 15, July 25, 5:32 p.m.
Following a noise complaint, officer heard loud music coming from a unit. Resident stated they were playing music to drown out children’s voices. Initially refusing to turn the music down, the resident complied after being advised of possible fines.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY, Ct. 11, July 28, 9:30 a.m.
Security encountered emergency services assisting a resident’s guest who was having difficulty breathing. The person was transported to a hospital.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, Ct. 15, August 1, 6:05 p.m.
Officers observed three juveniles matching the description of suspects involved in a vandalism incident earlier that day. Officers took photographs; when they attempted contact, the juveniles fled.

DUMPING, Ct. 13, August 2, 2:34 p.m.
Resident reported a landscaper improperly disposing of debris in the recycling dumpster.

DISTURBANCE-TRESPASSING, Ct. 11, August 2, 2:47 p.m.
A transient male was reported lying in front of a resident’s unit. The subject left without incident.

DISTURBANCE, East Circle, August 5, 12:58 p.m.
Security observed a homeless male on a bicycle carrying multiple bags. He was asked to leave.

TRESPASSING, Front Office, August 6, 1:03 p.m.
Security observed a female transient pushing a shopping cart along the property line. She crossed the street upon noticing officers’ approach.

DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR, Ct. 9, August 9, 7:15 p.m.
A resident reported children flipping benches and making lewd drawings on the walkway.

TRESPASSING, Ct. 3, August 12, 11:29 a.m.
Officer observed a male transient going through the recycling dumpster. He was asked to leave the area.

LOUD MUSIC, Ct. 15, August 13, 4:46 p.m.
Officer noted loud rock music coming from a unit. Attempts to contact unit owner were unsuccessful.
