SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, Court 1, January 12, 2348 hrs
A suspicious person was reported inside a vehicle. Officers encountered an individual dressed in all black off-campus and contacted LAPD. The individual left the area after 20 minutes.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, Court 7, January 13, 0746 hrs
A suspicious person, later identified as a resident, was
reported sleeping in the walkway near Court 7.
DISTURBANCE, Court 5, January 14, 0300 hrs
A resident reported that neighbors were emitting "electrical mind waves," creating a disturbance. No immediate threat was identified.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, Court 9, January 14, 0934 hrs
A suspicious person was reported outside Court 9. Officers found no one.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, Court 14, January 15, 2020 hrs
A possible transient was reported in Garage Court 14. Officers found no such person in the area.
TRESPASSER, Court 14, January 15, 0820 hrs
A resident reported a possible male transient sleeping in front of her garage. Officers escorted him off the property.
THEFT, Court 7, January 16, 1124 hrs
A resident reported a garage break-in and a stolen bicycle. Maintenance staff was notified to secure the garage.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, Court 5, January 16, 2317 hrs
A resident reported "suspicious people." Officers conducted a search; no one was found.
DISTURBANCE, Court 5, January 17, 2340 hrs
A resident reported a gathering. Officers found no evidence of such a group.
PROPERTY DAMAGE, Court 7, January 19, 0101 hrs
A padlock was reported broken on a garage door. Nothing was reported missing.
THEFT, Court 7, January 19, 1640 hrs
A resident reported that her garage had been broken into, and items stolen. Officers found a broken garage lock. After-hours maintenance was called to secure the garage before nightfall.
THEFT, Court 15, January 20, 1855 hrs
Between 1845 and 1855 hrs, officers noted that one of their golf carts had been stolen from its parked location in front of the office. It was later recovered.
DISTURBANCE, Court 7, January 21, 2333 hrs
A resident reported loud noises from a neighbor. The tenant making the noise was asked to quiet down.
VANDALISM, Court 1, January 23, 0808 hrs
Security responded to a report of vandalism to a 2011 Dodge Charger. A black metal object had been thrown into the rear window of the vehicle, causing significant damage. The incident is being investigated to determine if it is related to other recent property damage on the premises.
VANDALISM, Clubhouse, January 23, 0849 hrs
Security discovered a shattered glass window at the clubhouse. A metal object resembling a bicycle part was found near the damage. A thorough check of the premises confirmed that nothing was stolen.
