GKS Security Report: ​November 12 - December 3, 2024

Green Knight Security Officers report all incidents to Management, including those that lead to rule enforcement such as noise or parking violations. For more information, please go to the Management Overview page.
SMOKING IN UNIT, Court 10, November 12, 6:40pm.
On four separate occasions, a resident reported marijuana smoke wafting into their home from the downstairs unit. Security agreed to document the incidents and facilitate resolution of the dispute.

HARASSMENT, Court 5, November 16, 22. 
A resident reported a neighbor repeatedly walking a dog too close to their unit. Security has been unable to verify these claims.

FALLEN LAMP POST, Court 11, November 19, 1:05pm.
A common area lamppost was damaged by an Amazon delivery truck. Security was unable to identify the license plate number.

FEMALE KNOCKING ON DOORS, Court 1, November 19, 4:36pm.
A resident reported an unhoused woman knocking on doors asking for a blanket. The resident gave the woman a small blanket. Security could not locate the woman.

NEIGHBOR DISPUTE, Court 1, November 20, 5:37am.
An officer on patrol observed two residents in a dispute, wherein a neighbor exiting his vehicle had accidentally hit the other’s car door. When the car owner asked to check for damage, the other neighbor became agitated. Security was able to record the incident and report it to management.

TRESPASSERS CHECKING DOORS, Court 9, November 21, 5:00pm. 
A resident reported two males on bikes checking unit doors. Told that they were being watched, they began cursing at the resident. When security arrived, the subjects could not be located.

NOISE DISTURBANCE, Court 11, November 22, 1:50pm. 
Security noticed a non-resident pacing, talking loudly, and using vulgar language on a phone. When confronted, he left the property.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON, Court 2, November 23, 12:37pm.
Security responded to a report of a man attempting to open garage doors. He was confronted and asked to leave the property but returned. He was confronted again in Court 6 and escorted off the property.
