HOUSE ALARM TRIGGERED, Court 9, June 19, 6:13pm
Security received a call from an alarm company reporting a triggered alarm. Responding officers found no signs of forced entry.
HOMELESS MAN ON PROPERTY, West Circle, June 19, 7:35pm
A resident reported a homeless man in the bushes; security escorted him off the property.
SUSPICIOUS MAN INSIDE PATIO, Court 15, June 20, 10:09am
A resident reported a trespasser inside his patio. Security determined that the trespasser in fact worked for the insulation company contracted by V.G.
NOISE COMPLAINT, COURT 15, June 22 & 26, around 3:15pm
Security received calls on separate days that children were making excessive noise. On both days, Security responded and reported that noise levels were appropriate for the time of day.
MISSED CALLS, Main Green, June 26, 6:28pm
Security officers were approached by a man who claimed he had been calling Security with no answer. Green Knight investigated and determined that the number the man was calling—one he claimed was on their website—was not a working number.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON, Man on foot, June 26, 7pm
Security received multiple reports of a suspicious person with a “bloody shirt.” The man turned out to be a resident wearing a tie-dye garment.

Security received two calls reporting noise complaints. In both instances, security officers could not hear any disturbance coming from the neighboring unit.
CIGARETTE SMOKE INSIDE UNIT, Court 9, July 2, 5:38pm
A resident reported that a neighbor was smoking inside. Responding officers could detect no cigarette odor.
VEHICLE VANDALIZED, Court 15, July 9, 7:40am
A resident reported that their van had been ‘keyed’. The resident said they would handle the issue with their insurance company.
BARKING DOG, Court 5, July 9, 6:50pm
A resident reported that a neighbor had allowed their dog to intentionally harass the resident’s cat.
TRESPASSERS DRINKING, Court 15, July 10, 4:43pm
Four men were reported drinking on the property inside a parked grey van. Responding officers determined that the men were part of Green Crew and were not consuming alcohol.
MAN IN TRASH AREA, Court 15, July 13, 4:36pm
Security received a call reporting a man inside the trash area. Upon arrival both officers were approached by an unidentified resident, who informed them that the man was visiting and taking out the resident’s trash.

Security received a call from a resident reporting loud voices and laughter coming from the a gathering between Courts 13 and 14. Officers spoke with the host who vowed to keep the noise down.

A resident reported loud voices and yelling coming from a neighbor. Upon arriving to the area, responders heard no noise from outside of the unit.
LARGE HANGING TREE BRANCH, Court 14, July 16, 5:02pm
Security came upon a large splintered tree branch hanging over the sidewalk. Officers taped off the area and submitted a work order.
