CONSTRUCTION AFTER HOURS, Court 5, August 21, 26, and 29, September 4:
Security received calls reporting after-hours work, as well as noxious odors.
NOISE COMPLAINT, Court 5, August 21, 7:28pm
Complaints were made about a late gathering on the Main Green; it wrapped up as Security arrived.
NOISE COMPLAINTS, Court 7, August 25, 9:30pm and 10:33pm
Security received two calls reporting loud voices. Security spoke to the resident both times and remained nearby to monitor the noise level.
GARAGE BREAK-IN, Court 1, September 2, 5:30pm
Security received a call that a Ct. 1 garage had been broken into. The resident reported stolen power tools.
SMOKE ALARM, Court 2, September 6, 3:29pm
Residents reported an activated smoke alarm.
CONSTRUCTION IN COMMON AREA, Court 16, September 5, 6:14pm
Security received a call reporting a contractor using a power saw and painting wood in the garage court driveway. The person was reminded of construction hours, between 8am and 5pm.
PROPERTY DAMAGE, Court 14, September 11, 6:44pm
Residents in adjoining units called with plumbing issues, which were referred to the Maintenance team.
TRESPASSING
Throughout the month there were several reports of trespassers, all of whom were escorted off property. Please continue to be observant of your surroundings and contact security if something is amiss.

- Court 12, August 21, 5:05pm — A non-resident was reported near the Ct.12 entrance.
- Maintenance Yard, August 22, 6:20pm — A non-resident was reported setting up his belongings on Obama Blvd. and Sycamore Ave.
- Court 9, August 23, 12:27am — A non-resident was reported sleeping on the perimeter near Hauser Blvd.
- East Circle, August 26, 11:30am — There were reports of a non-resident walking between East Circle and the Main Green.
- Coliseum Perimeter, August 27, 7:10pm — An officer observed a non-resident near Court 1, who had been seen on the property before, and was told not to return.
- Court 7, August 29, 3:24am — Security observed a vehicle with no plates parked, with a non-resident sleeping inside. When confronted, the non-resident claimed they were waiting for someone.
- Main Green, September 8, 4:28pm — Security observed a non-resident on the property.
- Court 10, September 16, 8:35am — A resident reported a non-resident sleeping on the grass behind the maintenance yard along Obama Blvd.
