2026 PRIORITIES SETTING
The Board agreed to schedule a virtual working session to review potential action items for the rest of the year. The results from the discussion will be presented at the following Board meeting.
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL FEES
The current rental fee for the Cluhouse — a flat rate of $150 for four hours — is much lower than the going rate citywide. Director Gila Brown proposed changing it to an hourly rate to generate revenue. After discussion, the resolution was withdrawn.
RESOLUTION FOR HANDBOOK CHANGES
A proposal to address the excessive time needed to officially adopt VG Handbook changes was discussed. Due to the cost of mailing, changes have typically only been sent to owners once per year, delaying adoption into the Handbook. A second mid-year mailing was proposed and passed unanimously.

- To reduce the stress on the olive trees behind the Clubhouse, the Board approved funds to mulch and to alter the irrigation system. Additional funds were allocated for office chairs.
- Directors were reminded to complete their CAI training.
- Directors considered a resident’s request to use restorative justice practices in conflict resolutions and the Board agreed to hire outside counsel to draft a policy governing interactions with law enforcement on the property
