eUnify Community Portal Registration Instructions have been Emailed

4/29/2026

Greetings to all Village Green owners and residents,
The Village Green eUnify Community Portal launches on April 30. This new online portal will provide a secure and convenient place to access community information and stay connected with the Village Green Association.

Registration Email: Tomorrow, April 30, you will receive a registration email from Village Green Owners Association <[email protected]>. The email will include your secure registration link to activate your portal account.
Why register?
  • The portal gives Village Green owners and residents one central place for community updates, announcements, documents, meeting materials, calendar items, and account/contact preferences.
  • Registering early will help you begin using the portal as soon as it launches.

Step-by-Step Registration Instructions:

Please follow the steps below after you receive the registration email:

Step 1: Open the registration email
  • Look for the email from Village Green Owners Association <[email protected]>.
  • If you do not see it, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  • Use the secure registration link in that email to begin.

Step 2: Select the secure registration link
  • Click the registration link in the email. The link is specifically intended for your portal registration.
  • Please do not forward the registration email or share the link with others.

Step 3: Create your Community Portal username and password
  • For the initial launch, use a web browser for the best experience.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to create your login credentials. Choose a Login Name (username) that is easy for you to remember and create a password that meets the system requirements.
CONSIDERATIONS DURING REGISTRATION

Please keep the following items in mind as you register:

Login Name
  • Temporary or pre-filled "Login Name" values
If the Login Name appears to be pre-filled with a temporary or numeric value, type over it with the desired username.
  • Create a unique eUnify Community Portal username

If the system says the username is already taken, choose a different username. This may happen if the same username is already associated with another eUnify-related login, such as the Ross Morgan "C3" site.

Password
  • Passwords must be at least eight characters and include uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters.

Privacy Settings (Directory Privacy Preferences)
  • During registration or after login, you may be asked to select directory privacy preferences. These settings control what information other Village Green owners and residents can see in the directory. They do not stop official communications from Village Green management.
  • Privacy preferences can be updated at any time after registration.

Mobile Provider
  • It is not mandatory to select “Mobile Provider”

Step 4: Committee members acknowledge the Code of Conduct
Village Green owners and residents assigned to committees may be asked to acknowledge the "Community Code of Conduct" before accessing the portal. This helps support respectful and productive use of the platform.

Step 5: Save your Login Name and Password
After you have created your username and password, please make sure to save them for future use.

KEY CONSIDERTIONS
  • Registration email sender: The registration email will come from Village Green Owners Association <[email protected]>. Check spam, junk, and promotions folders if you do not see it.
  • More than one account per household: More than one account per household can be created, but each account must have separate login credentials.
  • Mobile app guidance: For the initial launch, please access the portal through a web browser. Village Green will share separate instructions when the mobile app experience is ready for use.
  • Ross Morgan / external links: Some links may open a new browser window or tab. If a link does not open, your browser’s pop-up blocker may need to be adjusted.
Step 7: After you register, log in to the portal
After registration is complete, return to the portal login page and sign in using your new eUnify Community Portal username and password.

Once logged into the Community Portal, Village Green owners and residents will be able to:
  • View community announcements and updates
  • Access the community calendar
  • Review governing documents, rules, Board meeting agendas, minutes, and newsletters
  • View management, Board, and committee listings
  • Review and update available account/contact information
  • Manage communication and directory preferences

The portal will continue to evolve over time. Future enhancements may include expanded service requests, work order tracking, design review submissions, and additional governance tools.
