The September Board meeting was held on September 23, attended by 37 people, including nine members of the Board, management, residents and guests. Topics discussed include: getting a loan for infrastructure projects, Handbook revisions, building maintenance, Clubhouse roof repairs, hiring architectural consultants, and preparing for a new Facilities Manager.

Manager Sherri Giles updated the Board of Directors on topics including electrical upgrades; residential, administrative, and garage building maintenance; serpentine walls; roofing and balcony projects; water supply lines; SoCal Gas lines, lighting improvements; eUnify software; and security screen doors.
